Only routes that meet the rigorous standards set by the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF) are designated as EuroVelo, ensuring a superior cycling experience. By collaborating with national, regional, and local governments, as well as NGOs, EuroVelo aims to establish dedicated National EuroVelo Coordination Centres (NECC) for effective route management.
