Under the leadership of Tom Cairns, the brand leverages a decade of rail software expertise to support various high-profile projects.

The platform offers a suite of valuable services, including the unique "Know Your Train" feature, launched in March 2020, which delivers detailed insights about rolling stock. Additionally, "Track Your Train," introduced in September 2020, simplifies access to specific train running information, including location updates and potential delays. Realtime Trains also operates RailMiles, a journey logging system tailored for rail enthusiasts.
