Description
The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) Regional Office for Africa, based in Nairobi, Kenya, is dedicated to enhancing disaster risk reduction (DRR) initiatives across 44 Member States in Sub-Saharan Africa. Working in partnership with the African Union Commission and various regional entities, UNDRR-Africa coordinates comprehensive strategies to build resilient communities and mitigate the effects of natural hazards.
